• Where can I check the tracking number?

The tracking number will be automatically sent once we fulfilled the order. It will send to the email address that you used to place the order.

 

• When will I get my package?

The estimated shipping time is 5-15 business days. Time might vary because of the courier and countries. If your order exceed the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

 

• When will my order ship out?

Products shipped out same day if order processed by 2pm GMT+8, Monday - Friday excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 2pm GMT+8 on working days or on holidays including weekends will be processed the following working day.

We do not process, ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.

 

• What's the cost of the shipping?

If over $50, the shipping cost would be free. Otherwise, $5 shipping cost.

 

• What about the customs, duties and taxes?

No, this lcd writing pad is used for writing and drawing, not transfer function.

 

• Can this LCD background glow up in the drak?

No, it can not glow up, that also means no radiation would damage kids' eyes.

 

• How long can the battery work?

Usually one battery lasts 6 months, depending on how often you use it, after it runs out of powder, you can replace the battery.

• How long will the ink dry?

As this is a kind of special paper, we suggest 15 seconds to allow the ink dry.

 

• Does the pen have an eraser?

It's more like rubber on the top of the pen, it can only erase the ink.
